We know you will love the basic band. However, if you would like to exchange or return any unworn items, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. To organise a return or exchange please contact us at hello@thebasicband.com

To be eligible for a return or exchange all items must be unworn, in the original condition you received it in, and returned with the original packaging. If you wish to exchange your size, please note that you will be issued with a credit code once the original item is returned to us and you will need to re-purchase the appropriate size.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods. The Basic Band is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
