The Basic Band Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

At The Basic Band, we aim to process orders within 2-3 business days of placement. Once an order is submitted and entered into our system, changes to the items are not possible. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.‌

Orders are dispatched during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on public holidays. If a public holiday falls within this period, processing and dispatch will resume on the next business day.‌

Estimated Shipping Times:

• Australia: Express delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, while standard delivery takes 4-7 business days

• Standard shipping (4-7 business days) is FREE for all orders over $100AUD

• Standard shipping (4-7 business days) on all orders under $80 are a flat rate of $8AUD

• Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available at a flat rate of $10AUD

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Regional areas may take up to 14 business days.

International:

Standard international delivery typically takes 10- 30 days for a flat rate of $15AUD

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Tracking numbers will be issued with all orders. Once your order has been dispatched a notification will be sent to the email you provided at the checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order all the way to your door.

Delivery Notes:

• Additional Charges: Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur extra tax or customs charges and are the responsibility of the customer, these are not covered by The Basic Band. Please verify import fees for your country before placing an order.

• Refunds: We cannot process refunds for items while they are in transit.

• Delivery Address: Ensure the delivery address is correct to avoid delays, as changes are not possible once the order is placed.

• Re-delivery Fees: Additional shipping charges apply for re-delivery.

• Delivery Confirmation: Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered. For any delivery-related issues, please contact the courier directly.

• Returned-to-Sender: If an order is returned to us, it must be received back at our warehouse before an investigation can begin.

• Missing Packages: The Basic Band is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If you believe there has been a misdelivery, please file a claim with the carrier.

Import Duties:

• Duties and Taxes: Products shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for paying all import duties and taxes.

• Customs Information: Check with your local customs office for more information. It is important to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as The Basic Band is not liable for any breaches.
